Peer Review Process

Sentosa Research Journal (SRJ) implements a rigorous and transparent peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scientific integrity of all published articles. All submitted manuscripts are initially evaluated by the editorial team to assess their suitability with the journal’s focus and scope, adherence to author guidelines, and compliance with ethical standards. Manuscripts that pass this preliminary screening are then forwarded to independent reviewers with relevant expertise. SRJ applies a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure objectivity and fairness. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two reviewers who evaluate the work based on its originality, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, academic contribution, and relevance.

Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial decision may fall into one of the following categories: accepted, accepted with minor revisions, accepted with major revisions, or rejected. Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ comments and submit a revised version within the specified timeframe. The final decision regarding publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief, taking into consideration the reviewers’ evaluations and the journal’s editorial standards. Sentosa Research Journal is committed to maintaining confidentiality, ethical review practices, and timely processing of manuscripts.
